Frequently Asked Questions Do you ship within USA and other countries?
We ship to almost all countries. All our orders are dispatched from our suppliers based in India or Europe by EMS Airmail or via quality courier companies like DHL or Fedex, so you can be safe and assured that you will get your order quickly and on time.
For USA orders, the package may have to pass through the local Customs office and due to stricter regulations at the border you may see a delay in your package. The Customs office can hold the package, but this is rarely the case. If the order is held we re-ship your order for FREE or issue you with a full refund. The order should arrive to you within 48 hrs after it clears customs.
What do you do with my personal information?
The personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. Your personal information is completely safe with us and we ensure you that it will not be misused in any manner whatsoever.
How many days will it take to receive my order?
Our products are shipped in discrete packages. All orders are shipped via reliable courier services such as DHL and FEDEX and/or EMS Airmail. Orders are usually processed in 24-48 hours after being placed and are shipped within 7-10 days for EMS Airmail. Orders placed for Express delivery are usually processed in 24 hours and shipped within 3-5 days. EMS Airmail usually takes 15-20 working days to arrive from shipping date and Express delivery orders usually arrive in less than 7 days from shipping. If the order is received on Saturday, it is normally shipped on Monday if all is clear from the payment gateway providers end. Sometimes owing to long weekends/holiday and/or complications in processing the order and/or the order being classified as HIGH RISK transaction by our payment gateway providers, the product might take a little longer time to reach the customer. If you do not see your package within 2 weeks when placed by Express Delivery or 4 weeks when placed by EMS Airmail please contact us back so we can put a trace on your order.
Are these the same drugs as the name brand products?
Our products and the name brand equivalents are identical and your body won't know the difference. Zenegra (Generic Viagra) and Viagra™® both consist of 100 mg of sildenafil citrate. Generic Viagra™ is simply a generic version of Viagra™® - just like ibuprofen is the generic name for Advil®. The same goes for every single pharmaceutical we sell. The pills you order from us will look a bit different then then brand name equivalents. Generics do not look the same as the brand name products, even though they have the same active ingredient and work in exactly the same way. In addition, the same brand name pill may look different if manufacturer in a different country. For example, Celexa 20MG is a peach colored pill in the US, yet the Canadian pill is white and a little bit smaller than the US pill. Both pills are Celexa 20MG, both have the same active ingredient, and both are made by the same company. But, for whatever reason, the manufacturer decided to make the Canadian pill a different color. Also, when comparing 2 different Generics, they will look different if they are made by 2 different companies.
Are these generics just as effective as the name brand drugs?
